Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you do!

As soon as your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice via email or SMS with all the details — including your order number, items purchased, payment summary, and shipping info.

Payment Infomation

When is the payment taken from my bank account?

  • For credit/debit card or mobile wallet payments, the amount is deducted as soon as the transaction is authorized.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you’ll pay when your order is delivered — no charges before that.

You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS right after your payment is successful.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re really sorry if that happens — but don’t worry, we’ll make it right!

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please do the following:

  1. 📸 Take a photo of the product (and packaging, if possible).

  2. 📦 Keep the item unused and in its original condition.

  3. 📧 Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Include your order number and the photos in your message.

We’ll quickly review your case and arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change the items in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate the changes before your order is processed. If you decide to cancel your order, just reach out to our support team within 12 hours. After the 12-hour window, orders may already be processed and shipped, in which case, returns will apply.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Package Tracking allows you to follow your order every step of the way from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
